Alexander:

The top student in his year. Righteous and zealous, a paragon of the True Church. Blond hair, blue eyes, and about a hundred and seventy five centimeters tall, though still growing.

Elza:

A mysterious girl, violent, mercurial, and talented. Red hair, green eyes with flecks of brown, and only slightly shorter than Alexander. Exudes a sense of danger.

Maxwell:

The best friend of Alexander. A mousy, glasses-wearing student with little confidence, but much passion for the things he cares about. Blue eyes, floppy brown hair, about a hundred and seventy centimeters tall.

Tabbitha:

Over a hundred and eighty-five centimeters tall, Tabbitha strikes an imposing figure through sheer physical mass. This is contrasted, however, by her shy personality.

Rosaline:

One of the brains of Class A of Zadkiel II, she has both the will and eye for intense academic study, and the grades to back that up. A good friend of both Tabbitha and Elza, and the rock upon which others build their church, so to speak. Short, with curly hair and dark skin.

Nicolas:

Professional and just as adult as a student can be, Nicolas is entirely ready for the responsibility of being one of the protectors of mankind.

Francesca:

Usually fighting with Elza and Rosaline for a position in the top three of their year in overall rankings, Francesca has a balanced mastery of topics both magical and scientific. She's only a bit past a hundred and fifty centimeters, but she makes up for her lack of mass with ferocity and cleverness, and is destined for greatness. Her hair is a silvery white, owing to some circumstances in her past.

Caleb:

A clever student, but to his dismay, less clever than he thinks he is. However, being friends with Nicolas and Quint shores up his weaknesses, and perhaps, the flat-topped boy will make an impression far beyond his short stature and his middling test scores.

Gabriel:

How do we possibly describe Gabriel? If Maxwell wasn't Alexander's best friend, and vice versa, Gabriel would be the best friend of both of them. As is, he's just a most excellent friend. While he has to train for magical combat, he puts more of his effort in being a good person, and wants, primarily, to bring joy to others.

Rachel:

One of the troublemakers of class Zadkiel II, though perhaps the most innocuous of them. Rachel likes to tease, likes to joke, but prioritizes doing her best. She wants to meet the high standards expected of her, even if she really would just like to see people laugh more.

Teresa:

Now we've arrived at the iconic troublemaker of Zadkiel II. It's unknown whether her incredibly fluffy, so-light-brown-as-to-almost-be-gray hair is just how it ended up, or a strategic choice that makes it slightly harder to grab her when she's making an escape from some kind of japery or prank.

Percy:

If the year of Zadkiel II was a ship, Percy would be the captain. He, more than anything, wants to make sure that his friends and fellow students do the best that they can, and following that urge had led him to great skill and incredible fitness - after all, how can he held others learn how to improve themselves if he doesn't practice self-improvement, and do so perfectly?

Wesley:

One of the few people who can give Francesca a run for her money in the "Shortest members of Zadkiel II Class A", the 155cm tall Wesley has packed more thinking and analysis into his small body than should be possible. He also comes up with more theories and ideas than are strictly reasonable, but hey, at least he's proactive.

Kennedy:

When the future members of Class A of year Zadkiel II discovered the old slang term "tomboy", all of them suddenly had a way of describing Kennedy.

Aleste:

Two words come to mind: Firecracker, and scientist. Both, like Aleste, often generate explosions, this pint-sized redhead knows exactly what she's doing when she creates scenes of danger and destruction. In the top five of the class, fighting for position with Rosaline, and occasionally besting Alexander, Elza, and Francesca - though she still sees room for improvement.

Quint:

Whatever the inverse of a "show-off" is, Quint is best defined as that. He has little use for reputation, and either hasn't yet figured out how to be social or just doesn't care. He excels at everything he puts his mind to, but the spirit of competition never pierces his cold, nearly-black eyes, and so, he labors in obscurity.

Yura:

The platinum blond angel of Class A. That's lower-case angel, specifically: Her incredibly earnest and kind personality has rendered her impossible to dislike, and everyone, even the most ruthlessly competitive students, want to see her succeed. Unfortunately, while no one would try to stop her from succeeding, she herself is fairly good at it. May you all be warmed in a blanket of loving snow.

Lucas:

A born artist, with the imagination to match. Unfortunately, when it comes to art, he's the type to have a million sketches and no finished paintings, and this kind of scatterbrained productivity extends to everything - which is both a strength and a weakness. It's up to him, his Pair, and his Guardian as to whether or not this is useful.

Gwendolyn:

Quiet yet responsible, the brown eyes behind her thick-rimmed glasses are just as likely to be figuring out the answers to the complicated problems of her friends as reading yet another novel plucked from the Archives of pre-Midnight literature.

Jacob:

A dork who was tragically born without the ability to shut up.
