The Maleficus:
A person who has gained control of great magic outside of the training of the True Church. As such, he should be considered an immense danger to themselves and society, due to the risks of conducting High Magic without proper training.
The Vicar:
Head of the Demetrian Order of Battle-Priests, and thus, of the armies of the True Church, and within them, technically, the Angelic Order of Saint Michael. Does not make many public appearances, but wields great power. One of the reasons Christendom still stands today.
